Returns

Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy:

If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer 100% refund; our Vibe Guarantee.
Timing: we have a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy, since the day item was received.
To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.
For returns & exchanges, please email hello@vibefit.co with the subject 'Returns' or 'Exchanges' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
We will provide the customer with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
If you prefer items in another color, or size, simply return the original, unused product back to us for a refund and place a new order on vibefit.co. Product return must be initiated within 30 days of purchase, and customers are responsible for a $5 restocking fee per item unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival.
Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.
If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.

I never received my item, i reached out to customer service multiple times, I was informed that my item should have been delivered I told them that i never received it. I didn't receive the item in mail, if I did i would still have it, I live in a private community and mail is secure here and I never had issues with package deliveries. I was very excited for this online store, but after my experience I definitely do not recommend using it. Beware of never getting your order.....

I ordered 3 pairs of leggings from this company 7 WEEKS AGO! I have not received them. I can no longer even track 1 of the 2 different shipments. The one I can track is not telling me anything useful. I have asked for a refund twice now. I have gotten absolutely NO response from ANYONE at this company. So far $70 completely wasted on nothing but a headache! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF!!

I did not realize the shipments come from China since the company claims to be based in NY. Order was supposedly shipped Mar 8. It is now April 14 and I do not have it nor is tracking updated. I do not recommend ordering from this company.
