Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy:
- If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer 100% refund; our Vibe Guarantee.
- Timing: we have a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy, since the day item was received.
- To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- For returns & exchanges, please email email@example.com with the subject 'Returns' or 'Exchanges' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
- We will provide the customer with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
- If you prefer items in another color, or size, simply return the original, unused product back to us for a refund and place a new order on vibefit.co. Product return must be initiated within 30 days of purchase, and customers are responsible for a $5 restocking fee per item unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival.
- Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
- When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.
- If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.
What is your "Vibe Guarantee"?
As always, we offer an "Vibe Guarantee" to our customers if you find that you run into any issues with your gear (something isn't working right, etc.). Please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org with photos so that we can better assist you; our Customer Service team will be happy to work with you and/or ship out replacement gear or accessories if needed!
